The role of the Certificate Specialist is to identify certificate requirements for Customer Orders, produce certificates in the ERP system, and manage the certificate process both information and material flows.

Certificate Specialist

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identification/interpretation of certificate requirements to meet Customer PO requirements.
  • Produce required certificates in ERP system in a timely manner to support On Time Delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Creation of customized special certificates in consultation with the Applications Group and/or Quality.
  • Clarify any unclear order/certificate requirements with the Sales Department.
  • Work with responsible areas for clarification and/or correction of missing or incorrect component identification information.
  • Clarify with appropriate departments if documentation.
    does not match markings on Production documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good working knowledge of ERP System, Word, Excel.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical knowledge in manufacturing processes preferred.
