SF6 Gas Management Systems

  

The “Smart Grid” is enabling a tremendous amount of efficiency gains in the T&D Industry, impacting virtually every area from smart metering to substation maintenance.  For electric circuit breakers insulated with SF6 gas, this means Gas Management Systems (GMS).  In a GMS, SF6 density data is captured, converted into information and then made available remotely using the MCA Principle: Measure, Communicate, then Analyse:
